We had some really good times up at Mill Creek this year! We had some activities for the kids like the Country Store. They had to earn tickets throughout the day by doing good things---(cleaning plate up, sharing toys, helping little kids). It worked good-- especially very well for Zak, i couldnt believe i would only have to ask him one time to do something and it was done--- NOW THAT IS A WOW FOR ZAK. We also tie dyed shirts. A lot of the kids chose the same colors-blue and green, but they turned out pretty good. It was our first time doing it so we know what to do different next time! Especially use colors to wash them out, Kisha and Laura turned into Avatars. Amy wanted to go on a picnic one day up the trail a little way up to the lake, I could't believe we got Blake, Casey, and yes i still am in shock Luke!!! We had to joy to have Kirk and Laurie's family with us this year. So fun!!! Kassie Jake, Laura (girlfriend) and Matt. The kids just loved them.
It was especially fun to say we threw snowballs on the 4th of July!!!!
My Park family came this year too. Mom & Dad- Chad &Elda- Kirk & Ashley. We went fishing, and riding. The best part was on one ride Luke told me to jump off and hide and surprise everyone with snowballs. HaHAHA man did it work. I got Dad really good, & Uncle Chad ducked and my snow ball hit Zak in the neck. The laughing of course took over for a bit and then I had to console him!
Here are some snap shots of the 10 day camping trip!! Mill Creek

OK A BIT LATE POSTING THE BIRTHDAY BOYS!!!
Jaxon is 1, wow where did that year go! He is such a joyful kid. He has the cutiest smile in the world. He just loves his big brother Zak. Never fails every morning Jaxon is the first to run to Zak to give him a hug and a kiss. I just love seeing it! Jaxon was not a happy camper on his birthday--- a little sick, cutting teeth.
Zak just tured 5! Holy Moly a kindergartener. I sent Zak on a treasure hunt through our house. He had so much fun being a pirate.
He is so excited and ready to go to school. He continues to amaze me on the things he thinks about and says. Such a thinker, like his dad.
Ok so the pirate ship was partial sinking before whene ate it. he he ha ha

The rain starts to pour. Ah! Smell of Spring. The smell of green sprouts, and green soil reaches my nose. And with the smells come colours. Green gets greener and little purple crocruses pop there faces. MAKES ME FEEL ALIVE! My senses intensify as SPRING rain pours!! Viva la spring!

Here are just a few pictures and highlights of our trip to Hawaii. Though we didnt think we were going to be able to go with the tsunami hitting Hawaii the day we flew out. We didnt see any effects from it and didnt hear to much either. The weather was great and perfect! We enjoyed it so very much. It was good to come home and see my boys, i sure missed them. We got home and i just couldnt believe how grey and dreeey it was here. Now i really understand what cabin fever is for sure--- so ready for the warm spring weather NOW!

Tons of little sand crabs crawling on the beach!
There are so many different creatures in the ocean. Sea urchins were all over in the corral--- and i mean ---panic attack all over! but still pretty cool.
Here is a star fish that washed up on the beach while we were walking. This is a shot of Wikiki-Honolulu from the air.

We found a turtle eating on the corral on our snorkel trip.

I will get more pictures posted because of course there are tons more. But for now Zakery is sick and asleep and Jaxon is down for his afternoon nap too, so i ask myself what am i doing on the computer? GO TAKE A NAP AMBER duh!!!

VACATION IS A COMING

So i cant believe that we have done it! Luke and I have booked a trip to Maui for 6 days and Honolulu for 2 1/2 days. We have been counting down the days and getting ready for the SUN! We have never been away without our kids for this long EVER! - though i have already had anxiety attacks about leaving my 2 little boys. It is so comforting though that we will be leaving them with Grandma and Grandpa Jolley. They are so willing to take them for us though Grandma has mentioned that she needs to make it a rule that they need to be much older. HAHA. We have had much advise from family members that have been to hawaii-- Bryce, Laurie, Casey and Kisha, and Casey(Park). It has gotten us so excited--- cant wait for the beach, sand, sunsets, and FOOD. But most of all i cant wait to be spend time with just me and my hubby after 8 years of marriage and just let go and relax.

Now that i have the internet again i hope to keep you posted more and more!
